Describe the failure accurately
No service everywhere, poor reception in one room and one failing app are different problems. Note the exact message, time and location. Test a call and a simple webpage separately so you know whether voice or data is affected.
Use reversible checks
Confirm the correct SIM is active and selected for data. Restart once and check software updates. Inspect the provider’s local status information. Do not begin with a factory reset, repeated eSIM deletion or settings copied from an unknown website.
Change one thing at a time
Try outdoors, another ordinary location or a compatible device where practical. A SIM failing in several compatible phones suggests a different path from one phone failing with several working SIMs. Account restrictions and incomplete activation also need official investigation.
Escalate a clear record
Provide the model, postcode, dates and test results to the provider through a private support channel. Ask for a case reference and the next step. We explain general instructions; we cannot run carrier diagnostics, remove a restriction or repair network equipment.
